At Style 1st Inc., all our products are made-to-order to reduce waste and promote sustainability. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size or change of mind.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the event of:
- Misprint or production error
- Damaged item on arrival
- Defective product
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue

If eligible, we will process a replacement or refund promptly.
